I’m a Houston-area real estate professional, investor, and the person behind Need To Sell Houston. I created this business to give local property owners a straightforward place to turn when a house has become difficult, expensive, or simply something they no longer want to deal with.
Real Estate Has Been a Major Part of My Career
I’m a licensed Texas real estate sales agent with more than 15 years of combined experience in residential real estate and investment properties. Since 2018, I’ve represented homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Houston market, closing more than 85 residential transactions totaling over $35 million in sales volume.
My experience goes beyond traditional sales. I’ve personally owned and managed duplex and single-family rental properties, so I understand a property from an owner’s and investor’s perspective as well.
That background helps me look at a difficult property realistically—its condition, likely repairs, market value, title or timing issues, and what different selling options may mean for the owner.
